MUSE Announces Exclusive Southeast Asia Concert In Jakarta, Set To Rock Ancol On September 19, 2025

The legendary alternative rock band from England, MUSE, has officially confirmed their performance in Jakarta as the sole concert destination in Southeast Asia this year. 

The influential trio, consisting of Matthew Bellamy, Christopher Wolstenholme, and Dominic Howard, will greet their fans at Carnaval Ancol, Jakarta, on September 19, 2025, as part of a special series leading up to the Hammersonic Festival's 10th Anniversary celebration. 

MUSE is renowned not only for their exceptional musicality but also for their ability to deliver immersive concerts filled with visual and artistic elements. 

Their performances are often adorned with futuristic stage designs, cinematic visual effects, and iconic symbols from their albums, transforming their shows into unforgettable audio-visual experiences rather than mere concerts. Since their formation in 1994, MUSE has released 9 studio albums and sold over 50 million copies worldwide. 

Songs such as "Starlight," "Time Is Running Out," "Hysteria," "Plug In Baby," and "Unintended" have become anthems across generations, remembered as some of the finest works in modern music history. 

The band's credibility is evidenced by a plethora of prestigious awards. 

From NME Awards to MTV Europe Music Awards, Brit Awards, and Grammy Awards, MUSE stands as one of the elite bands globally, always eagerly anticipated by fans. 

Concert promoter Ravel Entertainment emphasizes that Indonesia holds a special place in MUSE's heart. 

This is also the reason why Jakarta was chosen as the only concert location in Southeast Asia. 

"Indonesia has the largest MUSE fan base in Southeast Asia, and this has never changed; they are one of the living legends in the global rock music scene. This concert will feel special and is truly worth the wait," stated Ravel Junardy, CEO of Ravel Entertainment, in a press release on Thursday (June 12, 2025).
