"Exercising is important to maintain health and fitness. But to make your exercise effective and minimize the risk of injury, let's look at the following healthy exercise tips: Before Exercise: Make sure your body is fit. Check your health condition, especially if you're just about to start exercising regularly. Consult a doctor if necessary. Choose the right time to exercise. Choose a time when you feel fresh and fit, such as early morning or late afternoon. Avoid exercising too close to a heavy meal. Warm up. Warming up is important to prepare your muscles and joints before strenuous exercise. Do dynamic stretching movements for 5-10 minutes. When Exercising: Adjust the type of exercise to your ability. Choose a sport that you enjoy and is suitable for your physical condition. Do not push yourself. Adjust the rhythm and frequency of exercise. For beginners, start with a short duration of exercise and low intensity, then increase gradually. Ideally, exercise for at least 30 minutes per session, 3-5 times a week. Drink enough water. Dehydration can impair performance and cause muscle cramps. Drink water before, during and after exercise. Recognize the signs that you should stop.
