24/7 Monitoring and Rapid Response Services

SecurXcess's 24/7 SOC offers continuous monitoring and quick incident response by certified professionals. With the ability to detect and address threats in real-time, this service is designed to minimize risks and maintain the integrity of corporate networks.

Ariesto Kosasih pointed out the crucial role of cutting-edge technology like AI, Machine Learning, and Automation in the SOC landscape today. He emphasized that using the right technology is vital to tackle the ever-evolving cyber threats we face.

"Technology is designed to assist us. For instance, weapons are created for protection, but if they fall into the wrong hands, they can lead to armed crime. So, are we going to confront these threats empty-handed? Absolutely not. We need to equip ourselves with the right technology. That's why embracing and utilizing advancements in AI, Machine Learning, and Automation in SOC and defense systems is essential for ensuring business continuity," Ariesto explained.

Fitra Ananda, ICT Governance Manager at JICT, shared his experience collaborating with SecurXcess to implement cybersecurity measures. "The SOC and MDR (Managed Detection & Response) services we’ve rolled out with SecurXcess allow us to respond to and block detected threats, which initially served just as monitoring tools. We’re also focusing on the 'People' aspect by raising cybersecurity awareness among employees through emails and webinars supported by SecurXcess as speakers, along with conducting phishing exercises and the National Cyber Exercise (NCE) in partnership with BSSN."
