Relying On AI Technology, LG's Latest Premium Product Line Is Ready To Enter The Indonesian Market

Entering the middle of the second quarter of this year, PT LG Electronics Indonesia (LG) showcased its latest premium product collection that will soon enter the Indonesian market. Prioritizing AI and LG ThinQ technology, the sophistication of the entire collection is prepared to present more personalized interactions along with convenience in supporting users' daily activities. 

"The development of LG's latest premium collection is in line with the company's grand vision, Better Life For All. Presenting a better life through innovation that understands users better," said Ha Sang-chul, President of LG Electronics Indonesia, as quoted in his statement, Saturday (5/17). He said, the latest series of premium category products ranges from TV sets, refrigerators, washing machines, vacuum cleaners to air purifiers. 

In line with the launch of its latest collection this year, Ha Sang-chul said that LG's commitment to the spirit of "One LG, One Synergy" was emphasized. "Through this spirit, we are dedicated to strengthening collaboration across all organizational functions. Starting from sales, marketing, manufacturing, R&D, services to LG's business partners to drive growth and innovation in Indonesia," said Ha Sang-chul 

According to him, this integrated approach allows LG to respond to community needs more quickly and develop products tailored to local preferences to ensure LG remains ahead of the competition. According to him, this is related to the company's spirit that believes in the power of collaboration across all functions to create greater value and extraordinary experiences for LG product users. 

On the other hand, said Ha Sang-chul, LG's commitment in Indonesia is to continue strengthening domestic manufacturing for four main product categories to create a holistic approach to the presence of LG products in Indonesia. He further exemplified LG's TV business which has established a comprehensive process covering research and development, manufacturing, sales, and after-sales service. 

According to him, this holistic approach represents LG's commitment to providing high-quality products and the best customer support to strengthen LG's leadership position in the Indonesian market. "This initiative is LG's integrated strategy to drive innovation by giving space to local relevance and user satisfaction. This complements the excellence of innovation in every product that LG introduces every time, such as in our premium product collection for the Indonesian market this year," said Ha Sang-chul.
