The initial phase of the digital transformation includes the installation of LED screens at store entrances to attract pedestrians and increase footfall. In addition, LED poster screens will be strategically placed in key zones of the supermarket to reinforce promotional messages throughout the shopping experience. These screens can be synchronized during major events and holidays to display important information, thereby increasing customer engagement and maximizing sales opportunities. The system is designed to provide customers with information while personalizing their shopping experience through relevant promotions and tailored product recommendations. To enhance the in-store shopping experience, 10.1-inch tablet screens have been installed in the fresh produce and meat areas. These screens display clear, real-time product information, including prices and promotions. Using text and video formats, this technology makes it easier to access product information and can influence customers' purchasing decisions In addition, this system allows for real-time price updates, providing flexibility in adjusting prices for products approaching their expiry date to reduce waste.
