Erajaya Digital Opens 32 New Stores Throughout May 2024

Erajaya Digital officially opens 32 new stores throughout the month of May 2024 in various cities in Indonesia, including several retail brands such as Erafone, Erafone & More, iBox, Samsung Experience Store, and Xiaomi Store. This expansion of the retail network aims to serve more customers through a memorable shopping experience, attractive promotions, and warranty protection.

Joy Wahjudi, CEO of Erajaya Digital, stated, "Erajaya Digital continues to expand its retail network to serve loyal customers, including in various strategic locations outside of Java Island, and this time we are inaugurating the newest stores in Banda Aceh, Buton, Gorontalo, Makassar, Palu, Tarakan, and others.

In this way, we can offer convenience and comfort in obtaining the best products from leading brands through various programs such as 0% installment or 'Upgrade Terusss!' which allows customers to have a new smartphone every year."

Through the expansion of the retail network, Erajaya Digital can also offer omnichannel services that combine online and offline shopping experiences seamlessly, such as "Click N' Pickup," which allows customers to transact online and pick up their products at the selected physical store.
