A number of digital wallet corporations are now integrating artificial intelligence into their operations. This includes virtual assistants that handle customer complaints, data security systems, and collaborative features. However, not all users have adopted this technology yet. "Hello, Dana friends! I am Diana, Dana's digital assistant. I am here to assist you with your concerns." This is how Diana, the chatbot or virtual assistant capable of conversing within the Dana digital wallet, introduces herself. Her profile picture features a cartoon female character with a friendly demeanor. The green dot on Diana's account indicates that she is always active, available 24/7. Never resting, she is ready to address user issues ranging from balance inquiries to transaction disruptions and potential fraud. Within mere seconds, Diana responds and provides users with various options for assistance. AI also enhances digital security through various methods, such as a scam scoring engine that assesses the likelihood of fraud and a risk engine that evaluates risk levels. Additionally, a Scam Checker feature has been developed to identify suspicious numbers. "Dana prioritizes data security and has implemented a comprehensive set of protective measures," stated Sharon. In addition to employing encryption technology, the company has established layered security to prevent unauthorized access. AI has significantly improved the security system for user data. Furthermore, Sharon claims that by 2024, Dana's user base is expected to reach 190 million, which is approximately 67 percent of Indonesia's total population of 281 million. The company plans to continue advancing its AI capabilities in the future. "We will leverage data and artificial intelligence to personalize services and strengthen collaboration with various elements of the digital ecosystem to better serve a larger community," Sharon remarked when asked about innovations to ensure Dana's continued growth.
