PT Data Sinergitama Jaya Tbk (ELIT) or Elitery, in collaboration with Usaid and Amazon Web Service (AWS), announced the launch of the second year of the Talenta Accelerator 2024 program through the Plenary Talenta Acceleration event: Unleashing Potential, Accelerating Growth on Monday (24/6). Present at the launch of the second year of the Talenta Accelerator 2024 program at @america Pacific Place, Jakarta were President Director EliteryKresnaAdiprawira, Senior Partner Account Manager AWS Kurniawan Wiraatmadja, Deputy Director of Acquisition and Assistance Office Usaid Indonesia Brian Chang, and President Director Elite Academy Ahmad Gilang. This event was attended in a hybrid manner by 35 selected startups out of a total of 75 applicants, alumni from the 2023 program, and various other important stakeholders. President Director EliteryKresnaAdiprawira stated that this initiative aims to be a catalyst in Indonesia's digital transformation while strengthening the country's economic foundation through technology. "Continuing the success of the first-year program which involved 32 startups in the acceleration program, this second-year program is designed to further encourage more potential early-stage startups in the EdTech, HealthTech, AgriTech, GovTech, and smart cities industries, by providing essential resources that help startups access venture capital and create significant socio-economic impact," explained Kresna in his statement on Tuesday (25/6). Kresna continued that out of the 35 startups participating in the Talenta Accelerator 2024 program, there were three industries that were most followed, namely HealthTech (8 startups), AgriTech (8 startups), and EdTech (6 startups). "This year's program also featured two startups from Talenta 2023, namely MomWork and KlinikGo, representing the HealthTech and EdTech sectors, and providing inspirational sharing sessions for the participants," he added. Talenta Accelerator 2024 is fully supported by Elite Academy, Think.Web, and Impactto. Selected participants will have the opportunity to enhance their innovation capacity and competitiveness in the global market through access to cutting-edge AWS cloud technology and guidance from industry leaders. Through this Talenta Accelerator program, it is hoped to become the foundation for preparing small and medium enterprises to face the future digitalization market growth. This program also plays a crucial role in addressing the challenges of digital transformation and providing a strong foundation for advancing Indonesia's digital economy," explained Kresna. President Director of Elite Academy, Ahmad Gilang, added that this program offers a hybrid approach, combining interactive online sessions and face-to-face meetings that bring accelerator classes, workshops, and mentoring sessions. "All designed specifically to sharpen the startup's ability to present their business models to experienced investor panels and venture capitalists with the goal of obtaining funding and strategic partnerships," said Ahmad. Ahmad also emphasized that the Talenta Accelerator 2024 program pays special attention to inclusivity and diversity. "This is reflected in the accelerator curriculum, which focuses on creating an inclusive work environment, integrating diversity, effective market segmentation, solid business validation, minimum viable product (MVP) development, and strong sustainability strategies for startups and their ecosystems," he concluded.
