Good news for NTB tourism and travelers. Pelita Air officially opened a new route Jakarta-Lombok and Lombok-Jakarta starting May 26, 2025.

This flight route is Pelita Air's 14th route and is proof of the airline's commitment to expanding connectivity to leading tourist destinations such as Lombok Island.

Pelita Air's flight route Jakarta-Lombok is scheduled at 06.20 WIB, and Lombok-Jakarta at 16.25 WITA.

This step is expected to encourage an increase in the number of tourists to Lombok, while also supporting NTB's economic growth, especially in the tourism sector and the Mandalika Special Economic Zone.

NTB Governor Lalu Muhamad Iqbal welcomed the presence of this new route when receiving an audience with Pelita Air's Main Commissioner, Suprasetyo, at the NTB Governor's Pendopo.

"Pelita Air is present as an environmentally friendly and classy airline. This aircraft is the main choice for state guests such as the Ambassador during the IGS activity yesterday," said the NTB Governor.

Pelita Air operates 14 narrow-body Airbus A320 aircraft ready to serve new routes, especially to eastern Indonesia.

Two of them already offer medium economy services, complete with facilities such as snacks, free 20 kg baggage, in-flight entertainment, and priority check-in.

"Our aircraft engines are clean and quiet during takeoff, the sound is smooth like an international standard aircraft," said Suprasetyo.
