Starting May 4, 2025, Batik Air Returns To Serve The Jakarta-Banjarmasin Route

Angkasa Pura Indonesia Management (InJourney Airports) Syamsudin Noor Airport added a flight schedule to Jakarta starting Sunday (4/5). 

Cooperating with Batik Air, the plane with flight number ID 6212 is scheduled to fly from Jakarta (CGK) at 15:40 WIB to Banjarmasin (BDJ) and arrive at 18:35 WITA. 

While the departure from Banjarmasin (BDJ) to Jakarta (CGK) is at 19:15 WITA with flight number ID 6213. The plane is scheduled to arrive at its destination at 20:00 WIB. 

"Starting the spirit in early May, we are responding to the enthusiasm of service users regarding the presence of new flight routes," said General Manager of Syamsudin Noor Airport, Khaerul Assidiqi, Saturday (3/5). 

"Jakarta is the most popular destination for passengers at Syamsudin Noor Airport. Of course, we facilitate by providing additional flights so that there are more diverse choices for passengers," he added. 

Batik Air uses a modern Airbus A320-200 aircraft with a capacity of 12 business class seats and 144 economy class seats. 

"Hopefully the return of Batik Air will be a spark of new enthusiasm for airlines to add destinations and flight frequencies. This will also make it easier for service users to travel, increase economic opportunities, and exchange tourism information," concluded Khaerul.
