Rossa Voices Social Issues Of Mental Health At "Here I Am" Concert

Solo singer Rossa in her concert titled "Here I Am" will include social aspects, one of which is her awareness of mental health.

"For me as an ordinary human being, I have gone through many phases and many of them finally made me think that mental health is something we have to accept as an issue that must be overcome together," said Rossa at the press conference for the "Here I Am" concert in Jakarta, Monday.

Rossa said she was inspired by the character of today's young generation or Gen Z who do not hesitate to express their feelings clearly because they have been educated about mental health.

She said that the concert she will present later is not just an entertainment stage but also a place for her fans to express themselves and appreciate themselves for what they have achieved.

The woman whose real name is Sri Rossa Roslaina Handiyani said that on this occasion at her concert, Rossa wanted to invite all her fans to accept their strengths and weaknesses and consider themselves valuable, according to the title of her concert "Here I Am".

"I want to encourage everyone with the title 'Here I Am' that by accepting our strengths and weaknesses we feel valuable as individuals and that will mentally feel stronger, that's what I invite 'come to my concert, celebrate yourself, I want to make myself happy by watching the concert' that is also part of appreciation for herself," she said. ???????

Rossa is also grateful that her fans have her songs to be the 'theme' in their lives in happy, sad, or confused states.

Rossa's "Here I Am" concert, according to her, is also a form of gratitude to those who have supported her and a form of appreciation for herself for her hard work as a singer for almost 30 years.

"With all our shortcomings and advantages, we can talk to ourselves. Good job, because to get to this point, we must have gone through a lot, because actually this concert is not about me personally, I want everyone to be able to say the same thing 'Here I Am'," said Rossa.

Rossa's "Here I Am" concert will be held on May 23, 2025 at the Indonesia Arena, Senayan, Jakarta. In addition to Indonesia, Rossa will also hold concerts in two other countries, namely Malaysia which will be held at the Axiata Arena (Bukit Jalil) on June 14 and in Singapore on November 8, 2025.
