FiberStar Is Now An Official Partner Of Starlink, Bringing Satellite Internet Access To Indonesia

FiberStar, one of the telecommunications infrastructure providers in Indonesia, proudly announces its official partnership with Starlink, an innovative satellite internet service company owned by SpaceX. The cooperation agreement was signed by FiberStar with the Starlink Service Indonesia Enterprise Team. Starlink, known for providing high-speed internet services through a satellite network in orbit closer to the earth. This partnership aims to bring reliable satellite internet access to expand the coverage and quality of internet services in Indonesia.

Wisnu Wardhana, Customer Service Assurance Division Head of FiberStar, on 27/06/2024 in Jakarta said, "We are proud to announce that FiberStar has become one of the Authorized Starlink Resellers in Indonesia.

We are committed to bringing satellite internet technology to the people of Indonesia. This partnership reflects FiberStar's commitment to continuously expand our coverage of quality internet access so that digital connectivity becomes unlimited for all Indonesians."

Wisnu Wardhana added that FiberStar, together with Starlink, provides the latest solutions for comprehensive internet coverage for all Indonesians, even for people in remote areas who are entitled to quality internet access.

FiberStar not only offers Starlink products with official permission but also provides other solution services with various additional options to help meet the needs and comfort of our customers. The Starlink products offered by FiberStar include Standard, Standard Actuated, and Flat High-Performance types with internet speeds of up to 200 Mbps per terminal.

FiberStar's managed services include device damage warranty, 24 x 7 customer support, services available nationwide in Indonesia, integration options with SDWAN & Security devices (centralized network management technology to monitor all traffic), and delivery/installation services for user convenience.

The fiber optic network requires satellite connectivity via Starlink, where satellites need fiber optic for unlimited bandwidth and low latency connection. The availability of both will support Indonesia's connectivity.
