Training And Development For Content Creators To Support Digital Creativity

To support digital creativity, Perum Peruri held a training and mentoring session for content creators on Sunday, February 9, 2025, at Dialogue Kemang in South Jakarta. This event is part of the Peruri Creators Impact program.

Twenty students who passed the selection process had the chance to learn from experienced mentors in cinematography and content creation, including Goenrock and Boylagi.

They shared their insights on how to create engaging content by enhancing creativity, skills, and digital strategies.

During the training, Boylagi shared his experience in making digital content. He emphasized that he uses his smartphone as the main tool for daily content creation.

He believes that being consistent and making the most of available tools is key to producing interesting work. Additionally, he highlighted that being active, creative, and positive is essential for interaction in the digital world, and it's important to include positive elements in all content.

He stated that social media should not just impress people but should be used to influence them.

Peruri Creators Impact is a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program aimed at supporting student content creators through education and empowerment, fostering positive social and environmental impacts while enhancing the company's image.

In the next phase, participants will create video projects focused on the transformation of PERURI and its digital services. The best works will be selected for a chance to win cash prizes.

We hope this program will not only be a platform for students to enhance their creativity and digital skills but also inspire them to create works that have value and a positive impact on society. Through the given theme, we aim to help participants better understand Peruri's role in digital transformation and how technology can drive change, said Ratih Sukma Pratiwi, Head of the Strategic Corporate Branding Bureau and TJSL Peuri in a press release on Thursday (February 13).
