Actor Sandy Permana Has Been Fatally Stabbed In Bekasi

Sandy Permana was found dead, covered in blood, on Cibarusah Street in Bekasi Regency, West Java, on the morning of January 12, 2025. The police are currently investigating the case due to suspicions of murder. 

"The victim was discovered around 7:00 AM by a neighbor in a bloodied state with multiple stab wounds on his body," stated Onkoseno. The victim was promptly taken to the hospital, but unfortunately, he could not be saved. 

Initial police examinations revealed stab wounds to the chest, abdomen, and back of the neck of the 45-year-old actor. Additionally, a suspect has been identified and is currently being pursued. 

"We are actively searching for the identified suspect," Onkoseno added. 

The incident occurred near the TNI-Polri housing complex in Cibarusah Jaya Village. Local residents who found Sandy attempted to seek help, but their rescue efforts were unsuccessful. 

The police are now reviewing surveillance footage from the area to gather further evidence. 

Sandy Permana, known not only as an actor but also as a former legislative candidate for the Hanura Party, has left many, especially his fans and colleagues, in shock with this tragic news. 

Authorities are urging anyone with information regarding this incident to come forward to assist in expediting the investigation. 

Profile of Sandy Permana 

Born in Jakarta in 1979, Sandy Permana began his career in the entertainment industry through modeling.  

He gained recognition after winning the cover boy contest for the magazine Aneka Yess! in 1999. This success paved the way for Sandy to enter television, where he frequently appeared in various action series. 

Sandy Permana achieved fame for his role as Arya Soma in the series Misteri Gunung Merapi 3 (Mak Lampir), produced by Genta Buana Paramita.
