Mahalini Has Indicated Her Departure From The Entertainment Scene In The Country, Leading To Speculation About Her Pregnancy And An Outpouring Of Support

Recently, singer Mahalini Raharja has surprised the public by hinting at her departure from the entertainment scene in Indonesia. 

This news emerged after a video of Mahalini performing at a New Year's event in Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta, went viral on social media. 

In the video, Mahalini expressed her hope that her fans would always miss her. 

"To everyone here, I hope you will miss me later," she stated, as quoted on the Instagram account @mylinzofficial on Thursday, December 2, 2024. 

"And consider today as the most memorable day you have watched me. Please," she added. 

Mahalini's remarks sparked reactions from her fans. 

Many speculated that Mahalini might be expecting her first child with her husband, Rizky Febian. 

"That is what a mother does; she sacrifices everything for her child," wrote one netizen. 

"Take care, my beautiful pregnant one," another netizen commented. 

As of now, neither Mahalini nor Rizky Febian has provided official confirmation regarding the pregnancy news. 

About Mahalini 

Mahalini is a female singer from Bali. 

Before deciding to pursue a serious career in music, Mahalini studied dentistry. 

She revealed that she had previously attempted to audition for Indonesian Idol but did not succeed, leading her to consider giving up. 

However, fate intervened when Mahalini received an unexpected invitation from Indonesian Idol to participate in the singing talent competition in 2019-2020. 

"I actually wanted to, but at that time, I was already at a point where I wanted to give up. I had previously participated but did not make it. Coincidentally, I was studying dentistry, thinking, 'Well, I might as well focus on my studies,'" Mahalini shared during a press conference for the Fabula 2.0 concert in Thamrin, Central Jakarta, on Friday, July 7, 2023. 

Mahalini was directly invited by Indonesian Idol to audition. 

"Oh, maybe this is really my path, but I didn't have high hopes. I just participated, shared my video, and eventually got through," Mahalini continued.
