AMD Expands Its Portfolio Of EPYC Processors And AMD Ryzen AI Mobile For Both Consumers And Enterprises

AMD EPYC 4004 Series processors are now available to complement the existing AMD EPYC server CPU portfolio, offering a new cost-effective option with enterprise-class features and leading performance for small and medium-sized businesses and IT hosting providers. To cater to the consumer segment, AMD introduces the AMD RyzenTM 8040 Series with AI-ready support and other new features for content creation, seamless gaming, and daily productivity with amazing performance.

The embedded AMD Ryzen AI feature in certain processor models further solidifies AMD's leadership in AI computing. By leveraging the CPU, GPU, and on-chip neural processing unit (NPU), the new AI-powered Ryzen processors deliver superior AI processing power compared to previous generations, with up to 16 trillion operations per second (TOPS) of dedicated NPU performance and up to 39 total system TOPS.
