Eri Budiono Is Effectively Taking On The Role Of CEO At Bank Neo Commerce

PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk (also known as "Bank Neo Commerce," "BNC," or simply "the Bank") has officially received approval for the appointment of Eri Budiono as the new President Director. This comes through a copy of the Financial Services Authority's Commissioner Board Decision regarding the results of the fit and proper test, along with the Statement of Meeting Confirmation Act for the appointment on August 9, 2024. Eri Budiono, a seasoned banker with over 30 years of experience, was selected by the Bank's shareholders during the Extraordinary General Meeting in April. He brings a wealth of knowledge from his time in commercial banking at both international and regional banks, having held director-level positions at notable institutions like HSBC Indonesia, Maybank Indonesia, and Rabobank International Indonesia. Eri holds a Bachelor's degree in Banking & Finance from Monash University in Melbourne, Australia. Aditya Windarwo, the Business Director of PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk, expressed, "On behalf of all Neobankers, I welcome Mr. Eri Budiono to the team.
