The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) has reported that there are currently 8 large-scale asset companies in the pipeline set to conduct an Initial Public Offering (IPO) in the Indonesian capital market. These 8 companies fall into the category of large-scale assets exceeding Rp250 billion, in accordance with the Financial Services Authority Regulation (POJK) Number 53/POJK.04/2017. The Director of Company Valuation at IDX, I Gede Nyoman Yetna, explained in Jakarta on Monday that a total of 14 companies are in line to carry out an IPO as of June 20, 2025. He detailed that 8 companies are categorized as having large-scale assets above Rp250 billion, while 5 companies have medium-scale assets ranging from Rp50 billion to Rp250 billion. Additionally, there is one company classified as having small-scale assets with assets below Rp50 billion. "As of June 20, 2025, a total of 14 companies have registered for an IPO at IDX, raising funds amounting to Rp7.01 trillion," Nyoman stated. Among the 14 companies awaiting IPO, Nyoman specified that there are three companies in the financial sector, three in the transportation and logistics sector, and two in the raw materials sector. Subsequently, two companies from the primary consumer goods sector, two companies from the healthcare sector, one company from the non-primary consumer goods sector, and one company from the energy sector were noted. Furthermore, the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) recorded the issuance of 58 emissions from 36 issuers of Debt Securities and Sukuk (EBUS), with funds raised amounting to IDR 73.39 trillion as of June 20, 2025. On the other hand, there are 58 emissions from 44 EBUS issuers currently in the pipeline for issuing EBUS emissions. Meanwhile, regarding rights issues, up to this period, four companies have executed rights issues with a total value of IDR 860 billion. In the pipeline, there are four companies that are set to conduct rights issues, which include two companies from the raw materials sector, one company from the transportation and logistics sector, and one company from the healthcare sector.
