Ayoconnect, a financial technology company focused on digital payments, has announced a strategic collaboration with BNI finance to provide more efficient and faster services for companies from various sectors through the integration of Recurring Payment API across Indonesia. The partnership with Ayoconnect is also seen as a strategic move by BNI finance to comply with the new regulations of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) through POJK 22 of 2023, which emphasizes consumer protection and has the potential to influence changes in customer behavior, cyber risks, and the implementation of ESG. The digital Auto-debit system (Recurring Payment API) by Ayoconnect in this case has met the standards of SNAP Bank Indonesia and the provisions of PCI DSS 270001, thus providing consumer protection standards in accordance with OJK regulations. The integration of Ayoconnect's Recurring Payment API into the BNI finance network aims to make digital auto-debit transactions more convenient. In the initial stage, the auto-debit feature can be enjoyed by all customers of three major banks in Indonesia: Bank BNI, Bank Mandiri, and Bank BRI. Customers who have accounts with these three banks can now easily use the one-time account binding feature to pay installments automatically. Yenanto Siem, CEO of BNI finance, expressed his enthusiasm for the collaboration between BNI finance and Ayoconnect. "We believe that with the integration of the digital Auto-Debit System, we can enhance customer service by providing better transaction convenience, thus strengthening our position as one of the leading multifinance companies in Indonesia," said Yenanto. BNI finance achieved remarkable success in 2023, recording financing of Rp3.19 trillion, an increase of 7.5 times compared to the previous year. This achievement not only reflects the company's commitment as one of the major players in the multifinance industry in Indonesia, but also signifies a focus on digitizing business processes to strengthen customer service. Meanwhile, Chiragh Kirpalani, the CEO of Ayoconnect, also welcomes this collaboration, stating, "We are proud to work with BNI finance in delivering innovative payment solutions for their customers. This collaboration reaffirms our commitment to continuously innovate in providing financial solutions that make it easier for the Indonesian community to access financial services." The integration of Ayoconnect's Recurring Payment API into BNI finance's system is expected to expedite transactions for customers, reduce administrative complexities, and enhance overall customer satisfaction. With this ease of access, it is hoped that more people can take advantage of the financing products offered by BNI finance, thereby driving the company's growth and expanding access to financial services in Indonesia.
