Alam Sutera Group And Bank Mayapada Collaborate On Property Credit Financing

Alam Sutera Group proudly announces a strategic partnership with PT Bank Mayapada Internasional Tbk (Bank Mayapada). The collaboration was formalized at the Signing Ceremony event held on Wednesday, July 3, 2024 at the Marketing Gallery EleVee, Alam Sutera and attended by the Directors and Management of both parties.

The aim of this partnership is to provide easier access to financing for the purchase of houses, shops/offices, and apartments with facilities such as Home Financing Credit (KPR), Shop/Office Financing Credit (KPRuko), Commercial Building Financing Credit (KPRukan), and Apartment Financing Credit (KPA). The Financing Credit Program is intended for individuals who wish to own their dream homes and commercial buildings located in three areas: Alam Sutera, Ayodhya by Alam Sutera, and Suvarna Sutera.

In an effort to support the government's program to increase homeownership for the public, Alam Sutera Group and Bank Mayapada are committed to providing competitive financing solutions. With a tiered interest rate such as 4.5% in the first to third year, 7.5% in the fourth to sixth year, and 9% from the seventh to ninth year.
