SeaBank Launches CETARRR Service, Customers Can Withdraw And Deposit Cash At Indomaret

Now, SeaBank provides cash deposit and withdrawal services through Indomaret. Customers can also make cash transactions at the nearest SeaBank branch. This service meets the needs of customers who want to save or withdraw cash.

Sasmaya Tuhuleley, the CEO of PT. Bank Seabank Indonesia, stated that the introduction of cash deposit and withdrawal services shows SeaBank's commitment to customer needs. "The launch of these services proves that we listen to our customers and shows SeaBank's dedication to continuous innovation," said Sasmaya.

Terms and Fees for SeaBank Cash Deposit and Withdrawal

The cash deposit and withdrawal services at Indomaret have minimum and maximum transaction limits. For cash deposits, the minimum is Rp50,000, the maximum is Rp1,000,000, and the daily limit is Rp10,000,000. The transaction fee for cash deposits is Rp5,000, but during the promotional period, customers can enjoy three free transactions.

For cash withdrawals at Indomaret, the minimum amount is Rp50,000, the maximum is Rp1,000,000, and the daily limit is Rp5,000,000, with a transaction fee of Rp5,000. Similar to cash deposits, customers can also enjoy three free withdrawals during the promotional period.

At SeaBank branches, cash deposits and withdrawals can be made with a minimum amount of Rp100,000 without any transaction fee. For withdrawals over Rp100,000,000, customers need to inform the branch one day in advance.

SeaBank Continues Positive Business Trend in Q3-2024

SeaBank's total assets rose to Rp32.9 trillion, marking a 17% increase from December 2023. This growth was fueled by a 22% rise in Third Party Funds (DPK), which grew from Rp20.8 trillion to Rp25.4 trillion in Q3-2024.

In terms of credit distribution, SeaBank has provided over Rp50 trillion in loans this year, focusing on low-income groups. By the end of Q3-2024, the total credit balance reached Rp19.7 trillion. SeaBank prioritizes caution, as shown by an improved non-performing loan (NPL) ratio of 1.6%.

The positive business trend in Q3-2024 is also evident in the average daily transactions, which hit 4 million, with a total turnover of Rp3 trillion each day. In the previous quarter, the average was 3 million transactions with a turnover of Rp2 trillion.

This achievement is driven by high activity in transfers, direct payments, QRIS, and various other digital transactions, demonstrating that the SeaBank app effectively meets customers' daily financial needs.
