IIMS Surabaya 2025 Expected To Boost East Java's Automotive Industry

The 2025 Indonesia International Motor Show (IIMS) Surabaya automotive exhibition will take place at the Grand City Convex Surabaya from May 28 to June 1, 2025. Dyandra Promosindo, as the organizer, guarantees that this year's event will be full of optimism. 

IIMS Surabaya 2025 is not only a vehicle exhibition event, but is also expected to encourage the revival and innovation of the automotive industry in East Java. 

"I really appreciate the holding of the 2025 Indonesia International Motor Show Surabaya at Grand City. This is a strategic step to introduce and promote the automotive industry in the national and international markets. I hope this activity will motivate stakeholders to encourage the growth of the automotive industry, especially in expanding the market and increasing investment potential in the East Java sector," said Joko Irianto, Assistant for the Economy and Development of the Regional Secretary of East Java Province. 

Meanwhile, President Director of Dyandra Promosindo Daswar Marpaung said that the automotive industry is now moving much faster. In the digital era, innovation is not just about machines, innovation also touches on connectivity, artificial intelligence, and user experience. 

"IIMS Surabaya 2025 shows how technology changes the way we view and feel vehicles," explained Daswar. 

This year, the IIMS Surabaya exhibition area is wider. The room is able to accommodate more brands, both from the four-wheeled and two-wheeled lines. 

This includes conventional and electric vehicles. The line-up of four-wheeled brands present includes BYD, Chery, Daihatsu, DFSK, GWM, Honda, Morris Garage, Seres, Toyota, and VinFast. 

Meanwhile, the two-wheeled brands that enlivened the event included Benda, Benelli, Keeway, Morbidelli, Royal Enfield, Piaggio, Vespa, Aprilia, Moto Guzzi, CFMoto, Kaisar, Pacific E-Series, SM Sport, United E-Motor, WMoto, and Zeeho. 

On the Press Day agenda, various brands confidently showcased their latest products. DFSK-Seres officially launched Seres 3 in Surabaya. 

Honda showcased the Honda Civic RS e:HEV. And during the exhibition, they also provide various attractive promos for visitors who make purchases. 

Vinfast announced the debut of the Vinfast VF6 right-hand-drive for the first time in Asia through IIMS Surabaya 2025. 

Completing the presence of various four-wheeled brands, the two-wheeled brand Benelli also enlivened IIMS Surabaya 2025 by presenting one of its flagship units. 

For the first time in Surabaya, Benelli officially launched the Keeway Gleiten 125, marking its debut in the East Java market. 

In addition to the presence of vehicle brands, IIMS Surabaya 2025 is also enlivened by accessory and aftermarket players. They are able to beautify the appearance and improve vehicle performance.
