481 Elected Regional Heads Attend Briefing At Monas

A total of 481 regional heads elected as a result of the 2024 Simultaneous Regional Elections attended a briefing and a dirty rehearsal at the National Monument (Monas), Jakarta, Tuesday. 

ANTARA reported at the Monas intersection, Tuesday morning, that the regional heads wore white t-shirts with black training pants. 

The briefing was initiated by the Ministry of Home Affairs (Kemendagri) as preparation before the inauguration which will take place at the Presidential Palace, Jakarta, Thursday (20/2). 

In the briefing at Monas, the elected regional heads also practiced the marching regulations (PBB) led by the Minister of Home Affairs' Special Staff, Inspector General of Police Herry Heryawan since 07.00 WIB 

Deputy Minister of Home Affairs (Wamendagri) Bika Arya also attended the briefing and dirty rehearsal at Monas. 

Previously, the elected regional heads had registered and had a health check in Jakarta from Sunday (16/2) to Sunday (17/2). 

After undergoing briefing and inauguration, the regional heads will attend briefing on 21-28 February 2025 at the Military Academy, Magelang, Central Java.
