Prananda Paloh: NasDem Fully Supports The Prabowo-Gibran Government

NasDem Youth Guard General Chair Prananda Surya Paloh emphasized that the NasDem Party fully supports the government led by President Prabowo Subianto and Vice President Gibran, even though they do not fill positions in government. 

He said that the NasDem Party refused to fill positions in government because they realized that in the 2024 Election they would take a different political choice by nominating another presidential candidate. 

"We are giving the party supporting Mr. Prabowo an opportunity," said Prananda in a written statement received in Jakarta, Wednesday. 

The son of NasDem Party General Chair Surya Paloh emphasized his support for the ranks of GP NasDem cadres when leading the National Leadership Meeting (Rapimnas) of the party's wing organization. 

According to him, NasDem is ready to be a "sparing partner" as well as a partner for the government led by the Gerindra Party General Chair. 

On the other hand, the member of Commission I of the Indonesian House of Representatives also asked his cadres and other youths to be active and move in order to provide benefits to society. 

He ensured that his party would prioritize the spirit of meritocracy because everyone has the same opportunity. So, he admitted that he would be open to all groups without being exclusive. 

"So, the NasDem Party has a sense of dynasty, but in terms of organizational wheels, meritocracy and equal opportunities for all," he said.
