Gotrade Indonesia Introduces Its Latest Feature: Options Trading

Since April 2022, Valbury Asia Futures (VAF), a futures brokerage firm, has partnered with Gotrade, an American stock investment platform, to launch Gotrade Indonesia. This is the first investment platform in Indonesia that provides access to U.S. stocks in fractional lots. Investors can start with just $1 or about IDR 16,000.

Recently, Gotrade Indonesia introduced a new feature, Options Trading. With Options Trading, traders or investors can choose strategies that align with their financial goals, whether aiming for maximum profit or protecting investments amid market fluctuations.

Gotrade offers access to over 600 types of stock and ETF options. It is designed to cater to various investment strategies, from portfolio protection to expanding growth potential. Investors can select contract durations that fit their strategies, ranging from short-term to full three years. This flexibility makes it easier to create investment strategies that match financial objectives, whether for quick actions or long-term planning.

“Options Trading is Gotrade's initiative to provide an investment experience that is not only innovative but also empowers users to feel more confident in achieving their financial goals,” said Aditya Hendraatmaja, Director of Gotrade Indonesia, in a release received by Kontan.co.id on Tuesday (7/1).
