Kota Podomoro Tenjo, a self-sufficient satellite city created by Agung Podomoro Group (APG), is making strides in its mission to develop a modern and sustainable city. During the "Year End Gathering & Collaboration" event at Trembesi Hotel BSD, Kota Podomoro Tenjo officially formed strategic partnerships with well-known commercial tenants such as Sambal Bakar Ciguntur, Mutis Coffee & Eatery, Resto Nikmat Rasa, Roti Bakar 88, Senandung Senja, Barbershop Triatomic, Apotik Damar, Toko Hoki Jaya, Alfamidi Super, and Indomaret. Zaldy Wihardja, Regional Marketing Director 2 of Agung Podomoro Land, stated that this collaboration is part of Kota Podomoro Tenjo's commitment to introducing various innovations that enhance the quality of life for residents, boost the economy and business, create a more dynamic environment, and provide easy access to various needs for the community in the area. "This collaboration is a crucial step in building an innovative and sustainable self-sufficient city. We believe this partnership will not only enhance the area's appeal as a prime residential and commercial destination but also add significant value for residents and businesses in Kota Podomoro Tenjo," Zaldy said in an official statement in Jakarta on Sunday (22/12). This strategic partnership further solidifies Agung Podomoro Group's position as a market leader in developing integrated areas focused on community welfare. The arrival of new tenants in Kota Podomoro Tenjo will significantly benefit residents by improving access to products and services and increasing property investment value. Zaldy mentioned that the new tenants will enhance the existing facilities in Podomoro Tenjo City, which include Universal Global School, Kumon, Alfamidi Super, Indomaret, Wanmin Health Clinic, Stephanie Beauty Clinic, Sapporo Furniture Store, Soluix IT Office, Will’s Bakery, a food court, and a modern market. In the future, this area will become even more complete with the addition of many major brands, which is expected to inspire and attract more business partners to join in creating a dynamic and valuable environment. As it celebrates its 4th anniversary, Podomoro Tenjo City has achieved remarkable success by selling 6,500 housing units and shophouses. Of these, 3,100 units have been handed over to consumers since late 2022. This indicates that nearly 50% of the sold units have been received by their owners, reflecting the high trust from the community in this development. Additionally, consumers have signed the Sale and Purchase Deed (AJB), ensuring that the certificates are clear and clean. To create a comfortable and competitive city, Podomoro Tenjo is completing the construction of a flyover and the Grand Transit Oriented Development (TOD) Tenjo. This infrastructure is designed to alleviate traffic congestion, enhance comfort, and support efficient movement for both vehicles and pedestrians. The flyover is strategically located in front of Tenjo Station, making it an essential facility for community mobility. Furthermore, Podomoro Tenjo is also accelerating the construction of the Grand Mosque of Tenjo, which is expected to be fully operational by the first quarter of 2025. Currently, the construction progress of the Tenjo flyover has reached 75%, with a target to be completed and operational by mid-2025. The TOD in Podomoro Tenjo is also expected to be operational in 2025.
