Telkom Has Officially Launched NeuCentrIX In Cirebon, Expanding Its Data Center Services Across Various Regions

PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Telkom) is really stepping up its game as a leader in digital infrastructure development in Indonesia by expanding its data center services with the launch of neuCentrIX Cirebon. The inauguration of this 26th neuCentrIX facility was attended by key figures like Bogi Witjaksono, the Director of Wholesale & International Service, Honesti Basyir, the Director of Group Business Development, Herlan Wijanarko, the Director of Network & IT Solution, and Edie Kurniawan, EVP of Telkom Regional II, all taking place at the Telkom Witel Cirebon office on Thursday (October 24).

The opening of neuCentrIX Cirebon marks the start of a modern data center that aims to enhance the digital ecosystem in West Java and provide secure data solutions for businesses across various sectors. Bogi Witjaksono emphasized the importance of keeping things simple, secure, and standardized in managing neuCentrIX.

Honesti Basyir also highlighted Telkom's commitment to the future of neuCentrIX, stating, "neuCentrIX reflects TelkomGroup's dedication to supporting the growth of the digital economy in Indonesia."

Herlan Wijanarko added that all staff should focus on maintaining service quality to ensure the success of neuCentrIX. "We need to uphold operational discipline to deliver top-notch service performance and an excellent customer experience," he said.

During the event, there was also a signing of agreements and contracts with four clients, including Media Akses Data, Juragan Wifi Indonesia, Integrasi Jaringan Ekosistem/Weave, and Aplikanusa Lintasarta. This moment marks the start of Telkom's collaboration with strategic partners, especially in the Cirebon area. To wrap things up, there was a tour of the neuCentrIX location, allowing Telkom's customers and partners to explore the value they can gain, along with discussions on hopes and feedback from the customers.

The presence of neuCentrIX in Cirebon is expected to not only meet the digital service needs of businesses in West Java but also make a significant contribution to the overall growth of Indonesia's digital economy.
