IAS And ITDC Are All Set To Make The Pertamina Grand Prix Of Indonesia (MotoGPTM) 2024 In Mandalika A Huge Success!

On Thursday, September 19, 2024, IAS held a ceremonial signing of a Master Contract with InJourney Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC) to support the MotoGP 2024 event at the Pertamina Mandalika International Circuit. This Master Contract aims to facilitate the Pertamina Grand Prix of Indonesia (MotoGP) 2024, with various IAS and ITDC business groups collaborating on logistics and cargo services between PT Angkasa Pura Logistik (APLog) and PT Mandalika Grand Prix Association (MGPA) Nusantara Jaya, as well as facility care services between PT Angkasa Pura Support (APS) and MGPA. The event was attended by key figures including the Assistant Deputy for Tourism Services and Support from the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises, the Head of Customs Office in Mataram, the Head of the Mandalika Special Economic Zone, and directors from IAS, ITDC, MGPA, APLog, and APS. The Head of Customs Office in Mataram, Mr. I Made Aryana, expressed support for the MotoGP Mandalika 2024 event, stating, "The MoU between ITDC and IAS is crucial for the success of this MotoGP event. Customs has prepared various facilities to support the logistics import process for MotoGP Mandalika, including duty exemptions, ATA Carnet, and PPKEK."

The Head Administrator of the Mandalika Special Economic Zone, Mr. Bambang Wicaksono, mentioned that not all circuits receive exemptions from import duties and taxes, especially those outside special economic zones. "Mandalika is one of the best special economic zones in Indonesia. With the numerous events at the Mandalika Circuit, we hope to see a significant boost in local tourism and the broader economy in NTB," he stated.

Troy Warokka, the Chairman of the Pertamina Grand Prix of Indonesia (MotoGPTM) 2024, expressed that "The strategic partnership between InJourney Aviation Services (IAS), including PT Angkasa Pura Support (APS) and PT Angkasa Pura Logistik (APLog), with ITDC shows that the Pertamina Grand Prix of Indonesia 2024 (MotoGP) is a collective event, a true event for the people of Indonesia.
