Prabowo: RI's Economic Growth Will Surprise Many People

President Prabowo Subianto is confident that Indonesia's economic growth will improve in the future. He said that the development of Indonesia's economic growth will surprise many people. 

"We continue to work for the people. So I see, I believe our economic growth will be good. We will surprise many people," Prabowo said at the JCC, Senayan, Jakarta, Thursday (12/6/2025). 

Prabowo spoke about this after being asked about the news of a cabinet reshuffle. Prabowo revealed that there were no plans for a reshuffle so far because he considered his cabinet to be working well. 

He wants the public to see the results of his work from time to time. "And we prove week after week the results of our achievements," said Prabowo. 

Prabowo said that after making savings or efficiencies, his party could allocate funds to other things, one of which was increasing judges' salaries. Prabowo increased judges' salaries by 280 percent. 

"Today, based on the savings we have made due to the work of the ministers, I can come to the judges and I fulfill my promise to raise the judges' salaries, and we decided that the salaries of our most junior judges will increase by more than 200 percent, close to 280 percent," he said. 

The highest salary increase is for the most junior judges. Prabowo emphasized that all judges' salaries will increase significantly. Prabowo will monitor the salary increase. 

"But all judges will increase significantly, and I will continue to monitor it," he said.
