Exciting Creativity Through Desserts At The Elle & Vire Professional Young Chef Challenge 2024!

Elle & Vire Professionnel, a milk brand from Savencia Fromage & Dairy, an independent international food group and a leading family-based dairy processor in the world; invites young Chef candidates to participate in the Young Chef Competition 2024 Indonesia. This prestigious event will take place on July 13, 2024 at Pelita Harapan University, Tangerang.

Savencia Fromage & Dairy Indonesia has noticed the increasing interest in desserts, seen from the rise in consumer demand especially for pastry products. As a French milk specialist company, Savencia Fromage & Dairy Indonesia believes that France can be a benchmark for food with premium quality.

The Young Chef Competition 2024 Indonesia is the second event organized by Elle & Vire Professionnel® under the umbrella of Savencia Fromage & Dairy. This year, 250 young Chef candidates from all over Indonesia participated in the competition and 30 advanced to the semi-finals. These talented young Chefs come from various backgrounds, ranging from universities, vocational schools, to the culinary industry.

The final challenge on July 13 will feature 12 selected participants showcasing their best desserts. The judges will evaluate each dish and select three winners based on their skills and creativity.Savencia Fromage and Dairy Indonesia, along with Elle & Vire Professionnel, are dedicated to nurturing and discovering talented young chefs in Indonesia. Moving forward, the Young Chef Competition Indonesia will be held annually.
