Students from Paramadina Graduate School of Communication (PGSC) took real action by collaborating with the community of Kampung Berseri Astra Sunter Jaya, North Jakarta, in a community empowerment program. The real action of PGSC students, which is the result of their learning in the Communication and Social Empowerment course for one semester, was manifested in the Organizational Management Training (PMO) activity, with the theme "Administrative Order for Organizational Progress and Building Collaboration between Organizations or Community Groups". The training was attended by more than 30 participants. Representing the PGSC students and also the head of the event group, DodyTriguno said, "We designed this Organizational Management Training according to the needs of the members of KBA Sunter Jaya so that they can organize and administer their organizations properly in order to actively collaborate openly with various community groups or other organizations that have the same mission and spirit as KBA Sunter Jaya, which is to improve the productivity and quality of life of the community in the KBA Sunter Jaya area." The warm welcome from the KBA Sunter Jaya community was represented by the Chairperson of the Education Pillar of the KBA Sunter Jaya Organization, Siti Zuhro, who said, "We at KBA Sunter Jaya are very grateful for the enthusiasm and presence of PGSC Paramadina students. Certainly, the training, both in terms of hard skills and soft skills, is very much needed by the community, especially in the sustainability of organizations in our group.
