This decision was made during the eighth plenary session of the DPR for the first session of the 2024-2025 period, following the determination by the Legislative Body (Baleg) of the DPR the previous day, which was attended by the Minister of Law, Supratman Andi Agtas, on Monday evening (November 18). "Can the report from the Baleg DPR RI regarding the discussions on the Prolegnas bills for the years 2025-2029 and the Prolegnas bills for priority in 2025 be approved?" asked the Deputy Chairman of the DPR, Adies Kadir, who presided over the plenary session. "Agreed," responded the participants of the plenary session in unison. Of the total, 16 bills were proposed by various commissions within the DPR, ranging from Commission I to XIII. Additionally, there were 12 bills proposed by the Baleg DPR, 3 bills from individual proposals, 1 bill from the DPD, and 9 bills proposed by the government. Furthermore, there are five additional bills that are classified as cumulatively open. In addition to the 41 priority Prolegnas bills, there are also 178 bills included in the medium-term Prolegnas list for 2025-2029, one of which is the Asset Forfeiture Bill.
