President Joko Widodo Of Indonesia Officially Inaugurated The Construction Of Astra Biz Center-IKN

Astra is committed to supporting the Nusantara Capital (IKN) to become an inclusive, green, and sustainable capital city by building the Astra Biz Center-IKN. The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by the President of the Republic of Indonesia, Joko Widodo, today in the Nusantara Capital (4/6).

The development of Astra Biz Center-IKN by Astra is in line with the concept of the Forest City IKN, which emphasizes the balance between urban development and environmental preservation. "Astra Biz Center-IKN is a tangible manifestation of Astra's contribution to building and developing IKN as a sustainable forest city and a livable and loveable city that aligns with the vision of the Nusantara Capital.

Astra Biz Center-IKN, which will be built by Astra, is expected to enhance the contribution of the Astra Group in advancing the business center and driving local economic growth," said Astra Director Rudy.

Built on a 3.4-hectare land, Astra Biz Center-IKN is an integrated and one-stop service complex that serves as a center for 11 brands from the Astra Group, including Astra Motor, Auto2000, Astra Daihatsu, FIFGROUP, Astra Insurance, ACC, TAF, United Tractors, ASTRA Infra, SERA, and Astra Property.

Astra Biz Center-IKN, built by Astra, will prioritize meeting customer needs and provide convenience to the community for Astra's four-wheeled and two-wheeled mobility products, equipped with various supporting services.

With a two-story green building design concept, Astra Biz Center-IKN is designed to have natural lighting, environmentally friendly materials, and energy-saving equipment that consider sustainability and the environment, maximizing the integration of greenery.

Astra Biz Center-IKN focuses on pedestrian-oriented design that prioritizes the comfort of pedestrians with an inclusive and futuristic design, adapting to the concept of future cities. Astra Biz Center-IKN will be the third Astra Biz Center in Indonesia. The other two Astra Biz Centers were built in Bandung, West Java in 2011 and BSD, South Tangerang, Banten in 2017.

Furthermore, in supporting the development of IKN in the field of education, Astra through the Astra Education Foundation - Michael D. Ruslim is also currently revitalizing State Elementary School 020 Sepaku, in PenajamPaser Utara Regency, as part of the development of public facilities, commercial areas, and IKN infrastructure. Astra also supports 11 elementary schools and 2 vocational high schools in the IKN area with the hope of improving the quality of education to produce quality students.

In addition to Indonesian President Joko Widodo, the groundbreaking event of Astra Biz Center-IKN was attended by several Ministers of the Indonesia Maju Cabinet, the Head of the Capital City Authority of Nusantara, the Acting Governor of East Kalimantan Province along with the Regional Leadership Coordination Forum, Representatives of the IKN Consortium, Astra Director Rudy, and Astra Group Executives.

As part of the Nusantara Consortium, Astra is also involved in the development of the Nusantara Botanical Garden by the Nusantara Consortium with a groundbreaking ceremony also held today.
