PT Makassar Metro Network and PT Makassar Airport Network are dedicated to providing infrastructure services that add value to the community through the #TolnyaMakassar campaign. This campaign is not just an invitation to use the toll road for transportation, but also a strategic move to enhance comfort, efficiency, and travel quality for road users in Makassar and its surroundings. The toll road offers not only faster travel times compared to arterial roads but also a more comfortable and safer journey. Operational data shows that traveling on the Makassar Toll Road can save up to 56% of travel time, allowing people to be more productive in their daily activities. For example, a trip from Sultan Hasanuddin Airport to the city center, which usually takes 52 minutes via arterial roads, can be completed in just 23 minutes using the toll road. Beyond functionality, the Makassar Toll Road aims to provide a better driving experience. Available facilities include free towing services, cashless payment systems, traffic monitoring, and 24-hour assistance services, all ensuring safety and comfort for toll road users. Additionally, compliance with the Minimum Service Standards (SPM) set by the Toll Road Regulatory Agency of the Ministry of Public Works is regularly maintained, covering road conditions, lighting, road markings, and more. "The toll road is not just an alternative route, but part of a better mobility solution for the community. Through the #TolnyaMakassar campaign, we want to highlight that choosing the toll road is not just about speed, but also about comfort. A smooth road saves energy while driving, is efficient because it reduces fuel consumption, and our team is available 24/7 for assistance like rescue, ambulance, or towing. Additionally, the NITA app helps with driving on the toll road, said Ismail Malliungan, CEO of PT Makassar Metro Network. For your information, NITA, or Nusantara Infrastructure Toll Apps, is an app available on the App Store and Google Play Store. It provides users with easy access to toll rates, services, electronic money balance checks, e-receipts, and real-time toll road conditions via CCTV. Ismail added, "With the NITA app, toll road users can also collect points and have a chance to win exciting prizes. To enhance the digital transaction experience, NITA will reward lucky road users. Twenty fortunate toll road users will receive a Flazz BCA starter card loaded with Rp. 200,000 in electronic money. Additionally, 20 lucky users can win other prizes, such as Flazz BCA top-up vouchers worth Rp. 150,000, which can be used through the NITA app. To participate, users need to complete at least 20 transactions in a month using the electronic money card registered in the NITA app. Furthermore, in the future, users will also be able to top up their Flazz BCA electronic money balance through the NITA app. "We will continue to develop this app with exciting features to meet our consumers' needs."
